When choosing a lawn care service you may have some questions about your choices. We have created this FAQ section to answer some of those questions for you. Should you have any additional questions about our services please call us at 780-539-7090.

Q: How can I be sure that my lawn is service ready?

A: To make sure that your lawn is service ready please ensure that all children/pet toys are cleared from the area to be serviced. This is to ensure these items are safe from chemical exposure or equipment damage during service. Large items such as swing sets or heavy patio furniture can remain in place and our team will work around them or move them as needed. If there are areas of your yard that you would like left untreated please let our administrative team know upon booking/prior to treatment.

Q: Is liquid or granular fertilizer hazardous for children or animals?

A: G.P. Lawn Doctor recommends that children and pets have limited exposure to the treated area for a minimum of 8 hours, however, we recommend leaving the product on for at least 24 hours after liquid or granular treatments are applied. Be sure to water the treated area’s prior to allowing pets and/or children on the area.

Q: How will I know when liquid fertilizer has been applied to my lawn?

A: When liquid fertilizer is applied our team will leave a notification or a sign on your front lawn and your door to let you know that your lawn has been treated.

Q: Are there photos of G.P. Lawn Doctor Custom Landscapes, and Waterfalls that I can look at?

A: Yes, please join us on Facebook for updated photo's of our custom landscaping work.

Q: How soon can you begin my custom landscaping project?

A: In general, we are able to begin projects in the order of bookings. All landscaping projects require a down payment of 50% of quoted price before service will commence.

Q: What will my quoted price include?

A: All quotes include the projected cost of labor and materials required to complete the project. Modifications and additions after quotation will be charged accordingly.

Q: What methods of payment does G.P. Lawn Doctor accept?

A: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Cheque and Cash payments.
