What precautions is GP Lawn Doctor taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
We offer a contact free service for our customers. Our crews work in cohorts, the same crews work together daily to ensure limited interaction with other employees. Crews wear masks while travelling together and gloves when touching gate latches or leaving signage at your property. Our crews are trained to limit in person interaction with clients and we ask that our clients limit interaction with our crews. If our crew members need instruction, we ask that physical distancing be followed while instruction is given.
What kind of services does GP Lawn Doctor offer?
GP Lawn Doctor offers residential lawn care services such as spring clean up, liquid fertilizer weed control and mowing. We also offer a full range of commercial services such as industrial landscape construction, customizable landscape management programs, landscaping, mowing, liquid fertilizer weed control, and complete vegetation control.
Will I be notified prior to my service?
Yes! GP Lawn Doctor uses state of the art scheduling software so you will know exactly when to expect us. As soon as your service has been scheduled it will be visible on your client portal, you will receive an email and text notification the day prior to our service, as well as a text when our crew is on their way. Please note that liquid fertilizer weed control is a weather dependent service, if winds are too high or rain is imminent your service will be re-scheduled for the next available visit date.
Do I need to be home during my service?
GP Lawn Doctor offers a completely contact free service, if you would like to be home during our visit please let us know at time of booking. Otherwise, our crew will always communicate their arrival via text and leave signage on your front lawn and an informational door hanger to let you know that we were there.
My grass is full of weeds, do you have a product for that?
In as little as one treatment our signature liquid fertilizer formula can transform your lawn. Three applications are recommended but just look at the difference in last years fertilizer winners grass after just one application! The picture on the left was prior to first application and the picture on the right was prior to the second. Though the dandelions and clover were cut down you can still see their leaves mixed in with the grass. After just one treatment there was a noticeable difference.
Is your product pet/children safe?
After a Spring Clean Up it is safe for pets and children to use the area immediately after treatment. After liquid fertilizer weed control treatments we ask that pets and children stay off of the treated area until the lawn has had a chance to dry. Once dry, the weed control chemical applied is virtually impossible to transfer but as a precaution we recommend children stay off the lawn and pets only stay out for short periods until it has been watered in the following day. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact our office.
What do you recommend for optimum lawn health?
GP Lawn Doctor's spring clean up and liquid fertilizer package is just what the doctor ordered to solve most lawn issues. This package includes a spring clean up service followed by three applications of liquid fertilizer weed control. For more information please visit our residential service menu.
